Refunds and billing questions
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This page explains billing questions for a website that does not charge you. Promover Solucoes does not sell through a cart here. A refund, when one exists, belongs to a later job agreement and not to a button on these pages.
1. Nothing is charged when you browse
Reading a page, playing a sample or opening the quote form does not create a charge. The form does not ask for a card and it does not calculate a total. If your bank shows a charge after a visit to this domain, that charge did not come from a checkout on these pages. Write to [email protected] with the date and the amount so the studio can tell you whether it recognizes the description.
2. Do not send payment details to the form
The quote form is a draft for a conversation. It is not a place to pay an invoice, to send a card number or to upload a proof of transfer. If you already typed payment details into a draft, delete them before you send the message. The studio will not ask you, on this website, to pay by sending a password or a one-time code.
3. A later quote is a separate document
If the studio sends a price, that message is the place where scope, timing and any deposit are written. Those points are not hidden in this refund page. Accepting a quote is a step you take in that later exchange. Until you accept, you do not owe the price printed in a draft. Keep the quote if you want a record of what was offered.
4. Deposits and staged work
Some production jobs are billed in stages, for example a first payment to start design and a later payment to publish. Any such stage will be named in the quote before you pay. This website cannot start, pause or reverse a stage, because it does not connect to a payment processor. A question about a stage you already agreed should quote the invoice reference the studio gave you.
5. When a job does not go ahead
If you decide not to continue before any paid work starts, say so in the same email thread. There is nothing to refund on this website in that case, because this website took no money. If money was paid under a quote and you believe it should be returned, the reason and the amount have to be discussed against that quote. The studio's reply should state what it will do. A silence is not an approval of a refund.
6. Samples are not products for sale
The case slides show sites and materials made for other companies. You cannot buy those companies' goods from Promover Solucoes by using this page, and a disappointment with another company's product is not a refund claim against this studio. If the issue is the sample itself, for example a broken audio file, report the page and the studio can correct the file.
7. How to write about a billing question
Use [email protected]. Include the date you sent the original brief, the service name and any invoice reference you were given. Do not include a full card number. The desk hours printed on the marketing pages are not a promise that a billing question will be closed inside one business day. If a platform or a bank is also involved, keep their reference as well so the reply can address the right payment.
