Privacy notice
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This notice explains what Promover Solucoes does with information when you read this website or prepare an enquiry. The pages describe direct-response marketing, business websites, search visibility and social content. The site does not take payment and it does not open a customer account.
1. The company that publishes these pages
The operator is BRUNA LIMA PEIXOTO MARKETING DIRETO LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company. The registered office for correspondence is Rua Conde de Porto Alegre, 288, Apt 203 Andar 1, Floresta, Porto Alegre - RS, 90220-210, Brazil. The company registry number is 67.302.339/0001-13. Promover Solucoes is the public name on the pages. This notice covers the website. A later quote or signed job may name the same company and will carry the terms of that job, which you should read before you accept it.
2. What the website is for
Promover Solucoes uses this website to present direct-response marketing, business websites, search visibility and social content for companies. You can read the service menu, look at work done for other companies, and open a quote request. Nothing on these pages is a checkout. Prices, timelines and the scope of a job are confirmed in a later message, not by filling in a field here. Browsing a page does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in the production queue.
3. What you choose to type
The quote form asks for your name, an email address, an optional phone number, an area, and a description of the work. If you opened a service page, the draft can also name that service. Send only what the studio needs in order to answer. Do not include passwords, card numbers, identity-document images or health details. If a field does not apply, leave it blank rather than inventing a value.
4. The email draft is not a receipt
Submitting the form opens a draft in your own email application, addressed to [email protected]. You still have to review the recipient and the text and send the message yourself. Opening the draft does not mean Promover Solucoes received it. Delivery depends on your email application and on the mailbox at the other end. If the request is tied to a date, wait for a reply before you treat that date as agreed.
5. Work samples that belong to other companies
Several links leave this website and open a site that another company operates. Those destinations have their own pages, their own operators and their own contact details. A sample is evidence of past production work. It is not an offer to sell that company's product, and it is not a promise that Promover Solucoes controls the other site. Check the address bar before you type personal information into a page that is no longer this one.
6. Pages, type and media stored with the site
The public pages are files served with this domain: text, photographs, icons and short audio samples that were part of the original presentation. The audio control on a case slide plays a sample that was supplied for that case. It does not record your voice and it does not upload a file from your device. A font file is there so the layout can render. It is not a profile of you.
7. Where an enquiry lives after you send it
This website does not keep a separate database of form submissions, because the form never posts the message to a server here. After you send the draft, the copy sits in the mailbox that received it and in the sent folder of the address you used. Keep your own copy if you need a record. There is no online dashboard where you can log in and edit that message later.
8. Who can read a message you send
A message you send to [email protected] is read by people who operate that mailbox for the company named on the About page. The studio does not sell enquiry lists. A technician who hosts the website can see server logs of page requests, such as a browser type and a time, which are the ordinary records of serving a file. Those logs are not the text of your quote.
9. Corrections to something published
If a page shows a wrong description of a service, a broken sample or an outdated line about the company, write to [email protected] with the page name and the line you want reviewed. The public registry number and the office address above are the identity the company publishes. A correction to a marketing sentence does not change that registry entry. Say if the point is time-sensitive so the reply can be matched to the right page.
10. Details this site is not built to collect
Do not use the form to send information about a child, a medical condition, a government identifier or a payment card. The studio does not need those details to price a website, a logo, a social-content plan or a search-visibility review. If a message arrives with that kind of detail, the useful part of the brief can be answered and the extra detail should not be repeated in later mail.
11. Changes to this notice
If the studio changes how this website handles enquiries, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. The version you read is the version that applies to a visit on that date. An older copy saved on your computer may be out of date. The About page remains the place where the legal name, the registry number and the office address are shown together.
12. How to ask a privacy question
Write to [email protected] and put the page address in the message. There is no telephone line published on this website for privacy requests. The company does not appoint a separate privacy officer on these pages. A question about a quote you already sent can use the same mailbox. Include enough context to find the thread, and do not send a second copy of sensitive attachments.
