Terms of use
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms describe how to use the Promover Solucoes website, how a quote request works, and what the pages do not do. Read them with the privacy notice. They govern this website. They do not replace a later written quote or a job agreement.
1. Who operates the site you are reading
Promover Solucoes is the public name of the studio website. The legal entity, the office address and the registry number are on the About page and in the privacy notice. References to the studio on this page mean that operator. If a sentence on a marketing page is unclear about who would do the work, ask before you rely on it. These terms apply to your use of the pages, not to a contract you have not signed.
2. Using the pages
You may read the pages, play the audio samples and follow a portfolio link for your own evaluation of the studio. You may not copy the layout, the text or the case material to present it as your own offer, and you may not probe the site in a way that interrupts it for other visitors. A shared menu label is not permission to scrape the client list for a mailing list.
3. A quote request is not an order
The form prepares an email draft. It does not book a start date, lock a price or create an invoice. Describe the service, the pages you think you need and any date that matters. The studio replies if it can take the brief. Until both sides agree in a later message, either side can stop the conversation. Do not arrange print, media or a launch on the assumption that an unsent draft was accepted.
4. No payment is taken on this website
There is no cart, no card field and no order number on these pages. Do not send card details, bank passwords or a payment screenshot to the public mailbox. If a job goes ahead, the price, the deposit and the payment route belong in the quote for that job. Paying a third party that is not named in that quote is outside these website terms and should be checked directly with the studio before any transfer.
5. How to read the service menu
The menu covers website production, online stores, social content, search visibility, logos, graphic design, drone video, app development, map listings, digital cards and management of paid placement. A menu item names the kind of work. It does not list every deliverable, every file format or every round of revision. Ask for the item you clicked, because the quote draft can carry that name, and add the detail that is specific to your company.
6. Case slides and quoted results
Case lines describe work associated with other companies and, where the original presentation said so, a search result those sites earned. A past result is not a promise that a new site will earn the same place or the same revenue. Names on the slides identify the sample. They are not an endorsement by those companies of every sentence on this domain. Ask if you need to know what Promover Solucoes actually delivered on a given sample.
7. The hours printed on the site
The marketing pages say the desk is open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00. That line is a description of the published schedule. It is not a promise that a message sent inside those hours will be answered the same day. If your brief depends on a deadline, write the deadline in the message and wait for a confirmation before you treat it as agreed.
8. What you are responsible for in a message
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you put in the draft and for having the right to share any material you attach later. Do not send another company's confidential file unless you are allowed to. A wrong email address means the reply cannot arrive. Review the draft before you send it, including the service name that was added from the page you opened.
9. Rights in the pages and in the work
The text and the arrangement of this website are published by the operator. A logo, a photograph or a site shown in the portfolio may belong to the client it was made for. Seeing it here does not transfer that client's rights to you. If you want to reuse a sample in your own materials, ask first. A quote that later includes original design work will say who owns the files after payment, and that sentence will be in the quote rather than on this page.
10. When a page is unavailable
A page can be down for maintenance, a bad link or a problem in your browser. A failed load is not confirmation that a quote was received, and it is not confirmation that a quote was refused. Try the mailbox [email protected] if the form does not open a draft. The studio is not obliged by these terms to keep every old campaign URL alive after a page is replaced.
11. Changes to the pages and to these terms
Service descriptions can change as the studio adds or retires an offer. These terms can be replaced by a newer version on this page. The version in force is the one published when you use the site. A job that was already agreed in writing keeps the terms of that agreement. Website terms do not quietly rewrite a quote you have already accepted.
12. Questions about these terms
Write to [email protected] if a sentence here conflicts with a line on a service page, or if you need to know whether a portfolio link is still a fair sample. There is no phone number on this website for contract questions. The About page is the identity block. Use it when you need the legal name spelled as registered, and keep the reply with your notes if the answer affects a decision.
